Bassem co-founded BNB CPA inc. after holding accounting analysis and management positions at National Bank. His experience includes business restructuring, financial reorganization, and due diligence for business acquisitions.

Tina Fraga

A partner since 2020 and a commerce graduate of Concordia University, Tina has experience in assurance and in the automotive and construction sectors. She oversees operations and human resources, supports collaboration across departments, and helps improve accounting systems.

Fadi Eid

A chartered professional accountant, Fadi Eid is a partner at BNB+ and serves as Treasurer and Secretary. He collaborated with Bassem Bouras and Tina Fraga in establishing BNB+, with the aim of bringing essential services for entrepreneurs together under one roof.
